This is a media package created for a realtor in Half Moon Bay. It includes standard photos, aerial photo/video, twilights, video with "on camera" shots, and Matterport w/ floorpans. Shot with 2 cameras, it took approximately 6-8. Two camera angles for the "on camera" portion help add a professional look.
VIDEO
This is an example of a modern walkthrough style video with voice over and on screen text. It was shot with two Canon R5's in 4K. The final delivery is in 1080 HD, however, a 4K delivery option is available if needed.
PHOTOS
Standard images and post production was included in this shoot. All interior images where shot using lighting on location, and layering during post production.
TWILIGHTS
Evening images shot just sunset during a 10-15 minute window. Editing usually includes layering, sky adjustments (depending on weather), and basic color adjustments. Two versions of some angles are often included; as the light changes, the mood of the image can shift. I provide options for the client so they can choose which version they prefer.
AERIALS
Aerial images shot via drone. Employment of drone images can also help with homes that are elevated or too wide for a standard photo. Getting just 15-20 feet up makes the image composition much better.
MATTERPORT
A self-guided 3D virtual tour created of the property. Allow your clients to view their new home like never before. Floor plan also included for additional price.
